Frequency therapy - PEMF MAS mat

Frequency therapies are used to help bridge the gaps in the current Health Care system and to help manage wellness.

PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy. It uses gentle electromagnetic pulses to interact with the body at the cellular level.

At Healing Touch Therapeutic Massage, PEMF is used as a supportive therapy to help the body create a better environment for healing, recovery, and nervous-system regulation.

Why someone might use PEMF

PEMF may help support:

  • Pain relief
  • Improved circulation
  • Reduced inflammation
  • Better sleep
  • Reduced anxiety and nervous-system tension
  • Muscle recovery
  • Cellular energy and mitochondrial function
  • Overall recovery and wellness
  • Are All PEMF Systems Created Equal?

No — and here’s why that matters.

Most PEMF systems on the market offer only a single waveform, most commonly the sine wave. While sine waves have therapeutic value, they’re only one piece of the puzzle. At Healing Touch Therapeutic Massage, we utilize advanced PEMF systems capable of delivering multiple waveforms, allowing us to target a wider range of conditions with greater precision and effectiveness.

    Your PEMF Session

Your session takes place in a quiet, private room where you can simply settle in and let the therapy do the work.

No conversation. No demands. No need to do anything.

For some people, that quiet time becomes just as valuable as the therapy itself—a chance to step away from the noise of the day, close their eyes, read, listen to something, or simply enjoy a little time to themselves.

Sessions are up to 30 minutes, depending on clinical directives and the purpose of your session.

    PEMF — $25 per session
